DeVaun Churchya returns to his former “home away from home” as a full-time staff member
DeVaun Churchya spent a great deal of time growing up in and around the Rec Center but now he gets to see things from a whole new perspective. As the Rec Departments newest full-time employee, DeVaun now has the opportunity to lead the same youth programs he grew up playing in as a child. A Fremont native, the Ross High School graduate went on to attend and earn his degree from Heidelberg University. As a Middle School Track and Cross Country coach, DeVaun brings plenty of experience in youth programming to his new position.
